Mortgage rates have risen from around 6% in late Q1 to the high-6% range now.<\/p>\n<p>For buyers, there\u2019s a bit more leverage: the median list price slipped to $424,500, price reductions hit about 20% of listings, delistings have fallen, and active inventory crept up by approximately 4%.
